A Beautiful 5* non smoking self catering 3 bedroom luxury lakeland cottage, set in a wooded area next to a stream yet only 2 mins walk from all the pubs & restaurants of Windermere & 10 mins walk to the Lake.
Sleeps upto 6 inc 2 children in excellent comfort, the cottage has 2 double bedrooms ( one with en-suite dressing room ) & 1 childrens single bunk bed bedroom, large bathroom, entrance hall & cloak, stairs leading to upstairs lounge, fully fitted kitchen & dinning area with balcony overlooking the stream & woods.
There is parking for 1 car outside & a small Italianette garden BBQ area to the rear of the cottage on the edge of the stream.
All heating, linen & towels are provided at no extra cost
For convenience you can use the nearby hotel facilities if you decide you do not want to cook breakfast or dinner, you can also use the bar & lounge after a hard day?s walking on the fell?s
As our guest you have full unlimited use of the spa & leisure club facilities of Parklands country club which is nearby with indoor heated pool, sauna etc.
You simply will not find any better self catering accomodation
at the price!!
Short breaks available ( Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday ) from just GBP225 all inc,
full weeks from GBP395 all inc.

Directions
From m6 motorway follow signs to Windermere, turn left into town centre, go thorough town down hill towards lake, we are on left 1/4 mile from shops. From train station follow above from town, or just jump in a taxi!
