We are very busy on Saturday nights, but much quieter on Sundays and in the week. The best deals will be earlier in the week. Usually we are keen to accept discounts when the guest has dinner with us, or stays more than one night - but that doesn't mean we won't accept other offers. If there's a spare room, we'll fill it!
Hotel Auction Rates shown on this site, are subject to 'bidding down' - you tell them how much you can pay! Great for deals on hotel reservations.
Everyone who's been here remembers the first time they saw Elvey Farm. It's at the end of a twisting, winding little lane, nestled amongst 75 acres of farmland in the prettiest countryside in Kent. As far as the eye can see, there are fields, orchards and hills, with Pluckley's church spire in the distance.
There's been a Guest house here since the 1980s, but Elvey Farm has been around much longer. The Hall House was built in the Middle Ages, and the Stable Block, which is part of the Guest house, has been at the heart of the farm for centuries.
Whether you're sipping champagne on the verandah outside your suite, or you're exploring Pluckley's charming village square and shops, you'll be surrounded by the quietest, the most idyllic countryside in Kent.
But this is no ordinary Guest house. Elvey's accommodation has been renovated to the highest standards. Expect stylish contemporary bathrooms in the Stable Block, fully renovated rooms with every comfort, and friendly, personal service. At breakfast you have fresh eggs, sausages and crispy bacon from local farms, and Kentish Ground Coffee from Pluckley's very own tea and coffee factory. And in the evenings, you can sample wine or cider from Kent's vineyards. Elvey has been a part of Pluckley village life for centuries.
That's why we say Elvey is Kentish to the core.
Elvey Farm has been awarded four stars for 'Guest Accommodation' from Quality in Tourism. We'd like to thank everyone who's helped us create one of the most beautiful places to stay in Kent.

Don’t tell anyone, but travel companies are selling off holidays online in last-minute auctions — at up to 50% off.
Want to go on holiday, but don’t have a lot of money? Don’t worry. Travel companies want you to go on holiday too, and they don’t have a lot of customers. Which means one thing: discounts. Increasingly, they’re resorting to under-the-radar methods such as online auctions to shift unsold packages.
