Description

Discover the Sea Marge through the Seasons

\'Oh to be in England, Now that April`s there,\'

Witness the awakening of new life and growth while enjoying morning coffee on the terrace, as the myriad colours of spring flowers unfold around you, and all this, against the expanse of a sparkling sea.

\'Sumer is icumen in - Lhude sing cuccu!\'

Enjoy the sweet smell of summer the heady scent of honeysuckle and the delicate fragrance of Old English roses, the quintessentially English \'cream tea\' then take a stroll along the sandy beach just a stones throw away from the hotel, or enjoy a game of croquet on one of the well kept lawns.

\'Season of mists and mellow fruitfulness\'
Come home to the Sea Marge after a walk through the crisp fallen leaves of an autumnal afternoon, with the faint smell of wood smoke drifting through the air and treat yourself to an afternoon tea of freshly made sandwiches or homemade cake, or curl up with a good book beside a roaring log fire.

When icicles hang by the wall¦..
In the Bleak Mid Winter¦ frosted filigree, log fires, mulled wine and crumpets absorb the atmosphere of this most nostalgic of seasons while enjoying the warmth and comfort of beautiful surroundings.

Directions

From the South, take the A11, which is mostly dual carriageway, to Norwich. Join the Norwich ring road, and then follow signs for the A140 to Cromer. From the North and Midlands, take the A17 to Kings Lynn and then follow the A148 to Cromer. Alternatively, take the M6 South, or M5 North to the A14, and then on to the A11 until you reach the Norwich ring road. Take the turn off for the A140 to Cromer. From Cromer, follow the B1159 signposted Overstrand and Mundesley. Travel for about 2 miles and you will come into the village of Overstrand itself. After passing Overstrand church on your left, take the second turning on the left by the Overstrand village sign. This will take you into the High Street. The Sea Marge, a large, half timbered building can be found on the left, just past the White Horse Public House.
