Falstaff Cottage is a large property, sleeping a maximum of 7 people. This cottage is very spacious with co-ordinated decor. From the terrace complete with patio furniture you can watch the most stunning sunsets. On the ground floor the entrance hallways leads to a spacious large open-plan living/dining-room and kitchen. A stable door opens to an enclosed courtyard. The kitchen area has modern fully fitted units and ceramic floor. There is a ground floor bedroom with twin beds, a hairdryer and built-in wardrobes. There is a ground floor en-suite shower room with w.c. and heated towel rail. Double size luxury sofa bed located in the lounge area.
First Floor: from the double bedroom there are rolling views of the open countryside. The double bedroom has a wealth of exposed beams, built-in wardrobes and security safe, plus hair dryer. There is also a single bedroom with built-in warbdrobe. First floor fitted with luxurious carpets. Bathroom has w.c., heated towel rail and ceramic floor. Bath with over-bath shower.
Complete With: free-view TV, DVD/CD, free broardband connection, electric hob & oven, crockery, cutlery & utensils.
