Description:

Le Saint-Paul wedged in among other medieval buildings in the heart of the village is the only hotel inside the walls of Saint-Paul-de-Vence, 15 kms from the Nice International Airport.

The former 16th century manor house is decorated in a very original Provencal Style. Many are the decorations created by the famous Parisian interior designer Jean DIVES, who created the famous Souleïado fabrics.

From the valley-view rooms, one can admire the panorama on the valley of Saint-Paul with the Mediterranean in the background.
All the bedrooms and suites are decorated in the most pure of Proven� al style with Souleïado, Pierre Frey, Manuel Canovas and Rubelli’s fabrics.

Le Saint-Paul's Restaurant with its vaulted dining room, which retains all the 16th century charm, and the fountain room embellished with a XVII century fountain offers its guests a romantic gourmet experience.
In summer, refreshing dishes with decidedly Mediterranean flavours are served on the flower-decked terrace sheltered by the ramparts of Saint-Paul, under the starry Riviera sky.
On March 2000 the restaurant has been awarded with its first Michelin Star.
