A beautiful family run no smoking hotel and luxury holiday cottage set just 5 mins walk from Windermere, we are well known for our excellent food, relaxed hospitality and beautiful decor, we offer free on site parking, free leisure club use with indoor heated pool, sauna, gym etc.

We specialise in short and long dinner b&b breaks which are great value all year round, we also offer b&b and self catering in River cottage, this cottage sleeps upto 6 people in 5 star comfort and you can use the hotel facilities free.

From m6 motorway follow signs to Windermere, turn left into town centre, go thorough town down hill towards lake, we are on left 1/4 mile from shops.

From train station follow above from town, or just jump in a taxi!

We have a min 2 night stay policy at weekends, although we do sometimes have gaps & rooms available for one night. We prefer to offer dinner b&b breaks although we can also offer b&b only.

Generally succesful bids are around 10 to 20% lower than our listed prices, any bids which are lower than this do not get accepted, Sunday to Thursday inc is the best time to get the lowest prices, we always fill up on Friday & Saturdays so please bear this in mind when bidding, good luck!
