Terms and Conditions
- This set of terms relates to Affiliate Program, where webmasters and other registered members can benefit financially from promoting RoomAuction.com.
- This service is available for http://www.roomauction.com and is provided by RoomAuction.com Ltd ("RoomAuction", "we", "us" or "our") located at 7 Clarence Parade, Cheltenham, GL50 3NY, United Kingdom.
- There is no setup fee, nor any charges for using this scheme. We do however reserve the right to terminate membership of any affiliate who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Scheme is based on honest referral system and any members found abusing, cheating or generating fraud results will be excluded loosing all earned benefits.
- Scheme is open for everyone who registers with us. Each affiliate will be issued a set of banners and links which when used will qualify for a reward.
- In accordance with our Privacy Policy we reserve the right to track IP addresses and use cookie system to account earned benefits and prevent fraudlent usage of this scheme.
- We strongly disagree with sending SPAM emails or any other morally or legally unjustified actions.
- Main form of referring is by using website banners provided by us (over 60 banners of different sizes and templates). Any other forms need to be agreed with us prior to execution.
- Affiliates will not be paid for sending bidding forms by themselves, nor for visiting our website personally. Affiliates found trying to abuse this system will be excluded loosing all earned benefits.
- Sample banners and boxes are available for use in our ?get links? section. Any other forms of graphic advertisement need to be approved by us prior to use.
- There are three ways of qualifying for reward. Below are these ways and their corresponding values.
- Referring a hotel that submits to Active RoomAuction System (Standard Hotel Membership) we pay £25 for each hotel accepted. Payment is due once hotel pays us their fee.
- Referring a Hotel Guest. We pay £0.1 (10p) for each genuine offer sent to one of our hotels.
- Referring a new Affiliate. We pay £5 for each new affiliate that joined our Scheme. Payment is due once affiliate?reaches first payout of £16 in their actions.
- Referring a Visitor. We pay £0.06 (6p) for each unique UK based visitor that views at least two pages of our website. There is 0.06p reward for a non-UK visitor, for better US traffic rates use our US branch - www.roomauction.us.
- When visitor uses Tell-a-Friend system to recommend us to his/her friends, you will receive a payout as per each visit for each email sent through the scheme (6p)
- Special higher rates of pay can be offered to affiliated with proven high success rate. Affiliate may apply for increased payment rates after first payment generated.
- Payment of earned benefits is executed monthly using any of following payment methods:
- PayPal
- Cheque in Pound Sterling
- Bank Transfer to any UK Bank Account (minimum £100)
- There is no fee for transferring earned benefits, but there is a minimum payment of £15 to generate payment.
- Benefits cumulate, so if in one month affiliate will not earn £15, whatever he/she have attained it will be taken towards next month's payment.
- We reserve the right to change these terms without a notice and terminate this scheme at any time. All due benefits that were accounted up to the date of seizing this scheme will be paid out as promised.
If due to the technical reasons of your website you cannot place a code we provide, but still would like to promote us via link, please let us know. We would consider certain ways of advertising as long as they are in line with our standards of expectations. We would not pay for bulk visitors provided through website traffic companies and will always investigate how visitors are coming through to our site and will pay only for methods approved with us.
In certain circumstances we would require a proof that our adds are being served in accordance to our expectations.
We are happy to pay for quality visitors and very often we increase the rewards for high performers. To maintain high rates of pay for the quality affiliates, we would not however tolerate any fraudulent behaviour.
